time zone settings or just time settings

I am haveing a bit of trouble getting my time zone straight I live in California and when it show the time of my trackings i have no idea what it means is it military time or somthing can I just get the regular time to show . please let me know i do not understand military time its real forign to me so i dont know what time it is on my accutracking account,
