Does this work with an iPhone? If not, what does?

Sad. OK, then the second part of the question becomes cogent; if not, what does?

Nothing that I am aware of; I don't know much about the iPhone - like if it allows an API with integrated access to the GPS - if it has GPS. It may just have e911 GPS access - then you would be out of luck.

Good Luck; if you find a solution, advise.
