Thank you for the prompt reply.

I am in NC and trying to determine why a vehicle I track has been parked in a certain area for 24 hours when it should be completely somewhere else. I've received no notification from the driver (and driver has not responded to text) if the vehicle has an issue so I just wanted to figure out if our area might be affected. I am heading to the location now.

No, lots of our users are still offline but the situation is improving. We believe it'll be back today.
If your issue is about logging into your account, then it's a separate issue and please let us know your account info via https://secure.accutracking.com/contact.php and we can reset your password.

Yes you'll see the data during the outage later. The tracker has the capability of "cache and send later" when there's no cell network connection. When it recovers later, the data will be re-sent to our server and you'll be able to view them.

Update: just got another update from the provider:
We are continuing to work with the network engineers to get as many updates as possible in regards to the issues being resolved. We have been informed by some of the customers that they have seen some of their devices coming back online slowly as everything continues to recover. We will continue to provide updates as soon as we receive them.

I’m confused, one update says you fixed the problem as a WHOLE and another says 1/3 of devices are working. My device is still NOT working.

Sorry for the confusion. The SIM provider fixed the network issue earlier but the devices are still queued to get online. A real-life example would be, the bus company fixed all their buses but due to the break time, higher than usual number of people are trying to get on the bus at the same time, but only 1/3 of the people waiting at the bus stop can get on the bus. The rest 2/3 are still waiting in queue, until everybody eventually gets back on.

Here's another real life example: a computer network has multiple users. A problem develops in the main network. They switch over to a backup, redundant network designed specifically to keep (paying) users online instead of offline for more than 30 hours. Interesting concept, redundancy.
