There was a Managed SIM data network outage in certain US regions starting from at about 21:00 EDT 05/31/2017, and lasted about an hour.
This affected the TK372/TK373 users only. If you have your own SIM card, you are not affected.
The network issue has been resolved and your tracker should now be tracking online. The cached GPS data during the 1 hour outage should have also been re-sent and displayed online.
