i think it might be related to running a second gps program at the same time.
I also moved it to be in the window rather then on the console, and i'll leave it overnight and see what it does.

battery was fully charged before i even installed the program. Its been attatched to a constant 12 volt source since the install in the car. I'm thinking its probably a phone firmware issue. I'll update that and see what happens. Phone also has some other random problems that point me in that direct...

Major artifact issues on new phone

set your walkie-talkie filter to only accept from contacts, or off completely.

its something that should be editable on the phone itself.

but its not an incoming sms, its an incoming email.

and to change that, then accutracking would have to get a sms server running so it could send to sms.

none of the phones have seperate gps antenna connections. however, since it relys on assisted gps, you might actually try to amplify the (cellular) signal to the phone with an external antenna or amplifier, and it might solve your problems. my car unit is a i560 in a cradle on the center console, wh...

in my testing, i605 when in the holster. lasts about 40 hours or so.
i355 lasts about 32 hours.

This is assuming no hot gps, sending every 4 minutes, smart sending on.
