From the tracking page, click on Manage Clients, on the top. from there you can generate another tracker ID.

Boy...wherever the new server is, they sure are not doing you any favors. I have seen the site down on more than 1 occasion, and it is usually painfully slow now..... :cry:

That would depend on your schedule... I only send data during the day, and I dont go over 1mb. I also was a bit worried about the amount of data, so I signed for a 5 mb plan just to be sure, but the use has generally been less than 1mb.
