If they are already carrying a NEXTEL phone all they have to do is to call 911.
The location will be sent directly to police. That was the whole impetus behind enhanced E-911.

Hi Kevin Can you please be a bit more descriptive about "is not able to run the application" Taking you literally, If you cannot run the application, the internet ipaddress would be irrelevant. If you cannot run the application, I suggest you remove the app, and try installing with a cable...

Accutracking is currently only for NEXTEL JAVA enabled phones.

That feature is not offered with this software.

How well can you hide??

If you are speaking of GPS tracking with Accutracking, probably not. The application will show on the main display, and has to be set to the backround.
