We now have the mobile app for Android and iOS 11.3 or newer.

App for Windows Mobile is still under development.

Also please clear the browser cache and relogin again. It's usually caused by an outdated script cached by the browser.

Have you tried a different browser/computer?
Make sure you have adblocker disabled and clear the browser cache, then logout and re-login.

Sorry it doesn't work with other SIMs. Even if it did, it still won't work because the tracker is a UMTS 850/1900Mhz band device while Germany has UMTS 2100MHz network. The device is not compatible and won't work there.

Haven't got the official update from AT&T yet but devices are starting to come back online gradually. Will update once more update is available.
