Battery usage is better in the new build, but still excessive. I can run through a battery in under 12 hours. This is not the case using the "Other" software. (Abut 1/2 will be remaining)

The only GPS service that you can use with that phone is Mobile Locator from NEXTEL.

I do not think that the 305 has JAVA apps.

You need a phone that does JAVA apps, and a total connect, or packetstream gold package from NEXTEL.

"Full internet service" may just be WAP. You need Total Connect, or Packetstream Gold.

I saw that feature, and assumed a manual import would work... what would be slick is an automatic interface.... so instead of an attached GPS, you have an attached connection to Accutracking over the net. This gives Accutracking an avenue for future revenue, having the ability to push information to...

Would it be technically possible to have accutracking collect the data from the phone, and then input that data to the CUSTOMERS copy of mappoint? (Thereby eliminating the cost of a map database)
