Re: Power question i425

There is no photo cell - the phone could care less if the cover is off or not. If your talking about that little black area - thats just part of the plastic. Also you will not get days and days of use - at the capacities you have stated. You might get 1 full day - or maybe 1.5 days on a good day. Tr...

Re: covert not refreshing location

You can not remotely refresh it...

If its running on the phone, properly, then it will automatically refresh.

Re: Listening Devices

If you have a phone that has the "auto-answer" option, it theoretically could be set up for that.

I don't think any of the current Boost line has that though...

Re: Accutracking enabled i290 Stopped Reporting

The issue can be caused by a bunch of different things. Text, wrong numbers, wrong direct connects, spam, etc - they can - but not always, stop the application from running. It is supposed to run in the background without issues. Keeping it powered all the time can also cause issues - depending on w...

Re: What is the maximum altitude GPS will report?

Most are set for 60k max, and some speed limitations also - this is an export requirement from the DOD... The phone uses A-GPS, so sometimes if it loses the ground based assistance - which it will - it can get confused and not fix properly. I don't know of a specific limitation by Motorola - but it ...

Re: Upgrading phone ... need to change tracker id number?

Its stored in the phone... Nothing is stored on the SIM - except your Boost info...

You will need to download the midlet, and transfer it to the phone, install it, then input your accutracking ID info.

About another 2 hours or so... Not much time - and not worth it.

Re: Battery Time

You mean for a i290.... yes, they are available. There is no "user installable" option - as of right now.

You can send your phone to us for modification, or you can order one of the i415 units already modified.

Feel free to email me direct with further questions.

Re: Battery Time

The phone will not automatically start back up once power is applied and charged up - it will need to manually be turned on.

Unless it has a motion board in it - then it will start automatically.

Re: How will Starter Kit show up on my credit card bill ?

I think it will show up as AccuTracking... I know the "service" fee does.

We can bill our covert, long life, battery units discreetly - if you need them battery operated.

Re: Battery Time

8-10 hours, with any un modified phone.

The GPS takes lots of juice, and also sending reports takes juce.

A modified unit, such as ours, can average 3-5 weeks easily.

Re: tracking page loads with no map

I have not had any issues...

Are you sure you have currrent data? If you have data over 30 days old - you will only see the world.

Do you see anything where the map should be? What browser?

Re: Big gap in tracking data.

I doubt its a cache issue... My guess is the GPS is not getting a good fix at that spot - and depending on the terrain it goes into lock out status. Do you have access to the phone? Can you watch the screen? If so, take a peek at it when you get in the same area - if its always the same area... Eric

This IS a real time tracker... Try it out for 30 days - it will cost you nothing. Each application/user has different needs and requirements. See if it works for you.
