I apologize for the issue. There was a SIM data network outage last night but has been resolved. If your tracker is still offline, please contact our support.

Yes the basic GPS tracking should work, just no vehicle data.

The tracker has no beeper or speaker that makes sound itself. Have you had the car thoroughly checked for other devices?

You can remove text plan after the first month. Text is only needed when troubleshooting the tracking issues or configuring the tracker.

The tracking is all web-based. You'll need a supported GPS tracker and any web browser (computer or phone is ok).

Try to press Ctrl-F5 to reload the page. If you are using cell phone browser, just clear the browser cache and it should fix it.

H2O SIM won't work with your TK104B which is a 2G device. You'll need a US Mobile SIM card.
