Re: IMEI number

No. You can change SIM card freely. The IMEI is only the ID of the tracker that's linked to your accutracking account.

Re: T-Mobile USA outage June 7, 2016

Update: T-Mobile has confirmed that a fiber wire cut has resulted in loss of all data roaming traffic.
They haven't given an estimate time for recovery. Our guess is that it may take hours to fix the fiber wire if there's no other fail-over lines.

T-Mobile USA outage June 7, 2016

Please be advised that T-Mobile USA has reported an outage on their network effecting areas across the USA. Our TK372/TK373 trackers with a managed SIM card might not be able to connect to servers to report tracking data today. Your TK372/TK373 track should fall back automatically and connect to AT&...

Re: TK373 OBD Tracker

The difference is the coverage. 2G coverage is gradually phasing out so if you plan to use the tracker for many years, TK373 is your best choice.
Yes both Tk372 & TK373 sleep when ignition is off.

TK372/TK373 users: SIM card provider unscheduled maintenance

We were just informed by our SIM card provider that they are performing an unscheduled maintenance to correct a system performance issue. During the period of maintenance if your tracker is actively updating online (existing session) it will not be affected. If the tracker is not already updating bu...

Re: Kyocera DuraXT -- Shut down app automatically overnight

The phone kills the background apps as necessary (to save battery, to sleep...). There doesn't seem to be a way to get around this. Older Kyocera firmware doesn't do this but newer ones might.

Re: TK373 OBD Tracker

No it doesn't work the same as TK104.

TK372 is a 2G only device while TK373 is a 2G and 3G device. They all both work pretty much the same if you have
2G coverage from either AT&T or T-Mobile in your area. If you have poor 2G coverage then TK373 should be your choice.

Re: This is not longer breaking news about PTel

Sorry! I understand it's annoying but we might keep it there for a few more days. Some users don't login or track regularly and they are not yet aware of the PTEL shutdown.
