Re: TK 373

TK373 is a managed device which is controlled by our server. It's designed as a plug-and-forget blackbox device so there's no instructions other than the installation guide when you activate it online. Plus it has no buttons/controls on the device and no texting capability like TK306A self-managed d...

Re: TK104 no GSM but GPS Flashing

That means no GSM signal but GPS is OK. What SIM card is that? AT&T is shutting down their 2G network (2G sunset) and your area might have been affected: https://www.business.att.com/content/other/2G-Sunset-FAQ_2016.pdf Your TK104 is a 2G device so it can only work with 2G network, while your phone ...

Re: TK104

I have been using 2 TK104's with H2O sim card. Almost every day they stop sending from approximately 12:00 PM CST for 2-3 hrs. They are always in different locations when this happens and often in locations where there is no problem at other times during the day. Any thoughts? H2O wireless uses AT&...

Re: TK104

What is the difference between "sleep" command and "less gprs"? Don't they do the same thing? When the tracker is configured to work under GPRS mode (by command "GPRS123456"), sleep mode configured by "sleep" command is ignored and the mode configured by "less gprs" is in effect. In SMS mode (SMS12...

Re: IMEI number

No. You can change SIM card freely. The IMEI is only the ID of the tracker that's linked to your accutracking account.

Re: T-Mobile USA outage June 7, 2016

Update: T-Mobile has confirmed that a fiber wire cut has resulted in loss of all data roaming traffic.
They haven't given an estimate time for recovery. Our guess is that it may take hours to fix the fiber wire if there's no other fail-over lines.
