Re: G1 GPS sleeping not working
I have send interval set to 2. Updates should still occur every 2 minutes right? Something still looks wrong. G1 says the last fixed time is is 12:25 (50 minutes ago) however the web page is still 4 hours old. What does "last fixed time" mean? It would be nice to have a last sync time also...

G1 GPS sleeping not working
I have a G1 1.6 and a Cliq 1.5 on Tmobile that stop updating. When I open that APP, the "Last fix time" is hours old. If I click HIDE and reopen the APP, the GPS opens and the location is updated.
Looks like there is an issue with GPS sleeping...
Smart sending and Auto Interval is off.

Android App?
Any plans on building a Android App for viewing tracks?
An app that shows the track on google maps for a given phone and time would be great.

Re: iGoogle Gadget
that was it... that page is kinda cluttered... Then I think you mis-entered the "AccuTracking Key" for 2 gadgets. Note the 2 gadgets use different keys (they may look alike sometimes, but is different, if you compare carefully ;)) We'll change to a better error message for this case. my ac...

Re: iGoogle Gadget
my account setting say I already have package 2.... Both gadgets are indeed supposed to be for "Package 2" only ( See feature comparison ). You'll see both gadgets show that message after iGoogle picks up the changes. The reason you was able to use it with "Package 1" was due to ...

Re: Remotely restart Accutracking
what about a G1? Should be a way to detect a SMS message and check the status and turn any app on/off.. that would be a cool g1 app! You should be able to send the G1 a message and have it reply with GPS location also... in theory...

non-cell phone tracking?
Does a GPS device exist that does not use cell phone service? I would like to "lojack" my cars using Accutracking service but I don't want to pay the cost of a cell phone... I was thinking that a wi-fi device that sent out cached pings when it was able to connect wifi would be a good start...
