I'm not aware of what you refer to as the "latest version"......the latest version of what? Please identify, point me to the right directionand tell me what to do, please. (I have the "415" Nextel)

When I'm into the Accutrack setup menu of my Nextel Phone, I check the box for auto interval. When I go back in the setup menu to verify that the function is activated, the box is unchecked. I've tried rebooting the phone - no luck. I assume there is something else I must do to keep the box checked ...

I love this product, however, it would be nice to have the Accutracking software refresh automatically rather than having to sit by the computer and constantly click on the "refresh" command. Is there a way to do this?

I've downloaded data to my computer. The data is an an Excel format. How do I view that data graphically?
