I just checked and there is no data associated with your tracker ID reported to our server. Is it a newly-ordered Total Connect plan? :) Any error message on the phone screen? If the data is sent successfully, it'll show "Sent at xx:xx AM/PM".

On the input screen, press the "menu button" on the keypad and select "numeric" from the list.

Yes, it keeps running in background. In the next build a "run in background" menu will be added which may be more intuitive for some users. And thanks for the feedback! :)
