Let me clarify... it appears to work on the phone but I am not able to track it from the website

It does not give me an error code. All of the information shows up on the screen like it should be working. I was getting a cannot connect before they got the Unlimited Data Access Plan set up. Now it appears to be OK.. at least from the i730 display

I purchased a i730 from Nextel about a month ago. I tried Mobil locator but it was not very accurate. So I downloaded the accutracking software using the mobile manager and signed up for the unlimited data pass about two weeks ago.
