I think the problem with both of my questions was that I blew out the java executable changing the minute range while the program was running. I downloaded both files again, started the app, and everything worked great.

Don't know if that makes sense, but that was what happened, and what fixed it ...

Is there any chance that the server is down now ???? Phone working great, but no activity on website.
