AccuTracking

I just purchased a phone (i710) and am having a difficult time getting AccuTrack to pick me up. I have AccuTrack running on my phone and it shows latitude/longitude/etc. but the website doesn't show any data. Nothing is being reported to the tracking page. What should I do?
