Generally you have to wait a few days before Nextel activates your new plan.

The total connect plan is new and I did not see the message on the phone.

I just checked and there is no data associated with your tracker ID reported to our server. Is it a newly-ordered Total Connect plan? :) Any error message on the phone screen? If the data is sent successfully, it'll show "Sent at xx:xx AM/PM".

Same question as agility-1 and I have the Total Connect Plan with 1MB.

Can't track location

I have done all the set-up on the phone, have taken the phone outside, and it is picking up the lat/longitude. When I go to track my location, however, the interface says no data. Suggestions?
