That means the server has no data about the phone. If you just ordered the plan, it usually takes a few days before it is actually activated.

I do have the Total Connect plan. I got the 1MB plan. My problem is that my phone is not showing up on the tracking page. It shows that I have an account on the Manage Client page but not the tracking.

You probably don't have the right plan from Nextel. Please check our FAQ page for more info. BTW, I have deleted your other similar posts because they all seem to be the Nexte Total Connect plan issue.

I don't know what to do with the sticker. It is just a big long code. What am I supposed to do with that?

I installed the software on the phone, but how do I start tracking the phone. I can't figure it out. What am i supposed to do?
