I really hate to say this because the service is not yet ready for prime time but, Nextel's $15.00 capability's accuracy is getting better. At least try it to see if it serves your purpose. Also, it is totally incognito. Hope I have not offended anyone. :oops: Bmack....

On some phones (i730/i830) it can be auto started when phone is on. See FAQ.

We've been 100% up since Sept 2004. Before that we had a few downtimes.

Hard to tell. They all have the signal fluctuations but within about the same ranges.

Any normal teenager with any sort of brain would realize right away that they were being tracked. The software is not transparent.

IMHO a better way is to let the teen know exactly what is going on, and that the tracking is a function of being allowed to roam freely. No tracking, no roaming about.
