Yes it's done on the phone: on the AccuTracking screen, press the menu key on the keypad, you will see a list of items, choose Setup... and uncheck Smart Sending.

sorry for the 2nd followup question:

i dont know how to turn on or off smart sending, is it an option i can change on the website? i have not seen any option like that on the website, or any options at all on the website.


i assume its an option i can change on the phone only. the problem is i do not have the phone- it is a few hundred miles away from here.

if it is an option to change on the phone, please give me clear step by step instructions on how to, im working on the 730 over the phone with an employee.
