Alerts only work on geofence now. To get continuous updated info, you have to use the website. Turning Smart Sending off won't provide continuous updated info.

Blackberry's built-in web browser is a WAP browser. Our site is not WAP enabled yet so it won't work. However most PDAs' web browsers work (Palm OS / PPC). One solution so far is that see if you can install a non-wap browser. We probably cannot run our server WAP-enabled anytime soon. :oops:

i want to get updated info on the location of the phone- even if it is not moving. i think i have to turn smart tracking off, how do i do that?

and- i have a blackberry 7510, can i use this website with that? i tried, didnt work, maybe i was doing something wrong.
