We support a bunch of dedicated GPS trackers that you might want to check out: http://support.accutracking.com/kb/article/000104

It is to bad that the factor will not work. The other boost phones are either to complicated for my intend use or have poor reviews like the recommended phone. All other carriers will cost a min of $50 bucks a month for there service. I love accutraking but looks like I will have to give it up and go to a dedicated tracking service that includes carrier fees which will be the least expensive way. Any other ideas? I need a basic phone, no touch screens and such for a elderly person.

Yes you can use one of the Boost Mobile CDMA phones but Samsung Factor is not supported. Here's our recommendation.
