Likely GPS is locked on your phone. Verizon has a history of doing this - please see our special note about Verizon phones in this article: http://support.accutracking.com/kb/article/000003

I have a blackberry 8330 on verizon firmware version 5.0.0.438. Whenever I run the tracking software i get the message 'GPS not accesible on this phone.' The refresh line keeps saying 'No Fix. Low GPS Signal.' Should the software work on this model phone? Is there some setting I need to change? I have set GPS to 'Location On' but is there anything else? Thank you!
