Boost Mobile Android phones use Sprint CDMA network which means not any unlocked Android phone can be activated with Boost Mobile: AT&T, T-Mobile phones won't work; unlocked Sprint Android phones should work.

To make an unlocked Sprint Android phone work on Boost Mobile, you'll need to call Boost Mobile to activate because their CDMA phones don't use SIM card which you can just slide in.

Once the phone is activated on Boost Mobile with an Internet plan, AccuTracking would simply work because it's compatible with all Android phones.

unlocked phone and iDEN shutting down

iDEN is being shut down in 2013...so I was going to get a cheap andriod phone to dedicate as a car tracker (low-jack)...because of the old phones not working soon. If I bought a cheap unlocked phone will that still work with Boost Mobile to supply the tracking site with my location??

Is anyone else using an unlocked phone on Boost (pre-paid) and tracking with any problems??
THANKS!
