tracking for fences not working

so i just switched carriers and now the alert for the fences are not alerting my phone. i have set ip the email and sms. it alerts me if phone A is low on battery but that is all and it shows the tracking if i log onto accutrack but it is not sending the alerts for fences to my phone or email. i have an android from sprint. what can i do?
