Make sure you have downloaded the right version from our website and chose the right firmware version on Nextel MAM page. If yes then check your phone firmware version (instructions on support page). You might want to upgrade your phone firmware (check Nextel.com for firmware updates).

I just dowloaded accutracking in my i88, but when i tried to install i m getting a vm error a.class. Can anybody help me.
