Completely understood - we see majority of our users are tracking by now but some units might take time to wake up and stabilize. Please let us know your account info via https://secure.accutracking.com/contact.php and we'll reset the data plan and reboot the tracker. Our deepest apologies.

We sincerely apologize for the length of time it's taking to resolve. The lost service from the outage can be credited back. We are focusing on working with our provider to get it back in all areas asap. Apologies again.

Is there some way of determining whether my area or unit is one that is still being worked on?
Also, I read that our hardware has a lifetime warranty. Does that include the OBD units too?
Yes all areas are the US is being worked on now as top priority (per the update at 11:21PM in the first post).
Yes lifetime warranty includes TK373/TK374 OBD units. If it stopped working before the outage, we'll check whether it's hardware related - you may provide us your account info via https://secure.accutracking.com/contact.php

We have users in Colorado start coming back as of now. Still waiting for the provider for more updates...
Update: we just got a new update and appended it to the first post of this thread.

Here's another real life example: a computer network has multiple users. A problem develops in the main network. They switch over to a backup, redundant network designed specifically to keep (paying) users online instead of offline for more than 30 hours. Interesting concept, redundancy.
