Was the phone stand still in one spot? If so "smart sending" would stop the updates. Once it moves the update should resume. Is that not the case?

On a side note, our new TK104 starter kit has smart sending features via a built-in motion sensor.

I miss my i425. Would like to use "smart sending". May have to try another phone.

I am using v 3.4.2. Is this the correct one?

I finally got it to work. I had to disable "smart sending".

On Samsung Factor, just leave the appo in foreground and let the phone screen times out and automatically turns off. The "sleeping" message on the AccuTracking screen means it turns off GPS to save battery and will wake up upon next update.

Just got this phone. I installed the generic version and it sent twice but no more. A few questions. Does the phone have to remain open for the app to run? The app says "sleeping". What does this mean?
