Can you please also check the "Content Protection" setting on your Blackberry. It disrupts tracking a few minutes after the phone screen is locked:

Looks like it's just waiting for a better sky view and not frozen. It should recover itself if the sky view is improved. We don't understand what happens internally after exiting "Airplan mode" but a reboot might help reinitialize the GPS chip state.

Yes, it is covert install, Nextel carrier, and when I check "setup" it says "refreshing...fix not completed"...

Accutracking won't restart after my 8350i Blackberry exits "Airplane Mode". It also freezes occassionally without any shutdown. The only way to get the app running again is to hard reboot...remove battery from phone. Help?
