You can also check and make sure you have boost "time & minutes" via the boost web page.

If thats good - then you will need the phone in hand.

There could be various reasons causing tracking to stop (battery, GPS signal, network coverage, incoming calls...) There is really no remote way to diagnose the phone. Once you get the phone back, please check the status message on the phone, which should tell the reason.

On the other hand, the phone might be able to resume tracking automatically later if this is just a poor GPS area or poor network coverage.

tracking device has not reported in 3 hours should be 5 min intervals. What happened. Anything i can do from pc
