BEND OVER

by MRBERRIE-0 » Mon Jun 28, 2004 8:42 am

YOU CAN BET THE FARM THAT IF sPRINTpcs HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT YOU CAN BEND OVER AND TOUCH YOUR ANKLES. THEY WILL GET YOU IN THEN SUCK YOU UP. SPRINT WON'T EVEN LET ME MAKE MY OWN RINGTONES AND DOWNLOAD/SEND THEM TO MY PHONE (SANYO 8200). IF i WASN'T MISTAKEN I WOULD THINK THEY WERE ALSO BLOCKING THE DELIVERY OF THIRD PARYT RINGTONES. IF I FIND OUT THEY ARE, I'M LETTING THEM GO. SET ME FREE!

Sprint phone

Don't have much info. The Sprint rep said Ladsnet.com would sell web location service for about $20. I checked the website, but found no mention of use of the Sprint phones. The Sanyo phone is java-enabled. Has a menu option that enables/disables GPS for all but 911 uses.
I'm hoping someone on this forum might have better information, and access to the GPS data.

Didn't get any info about this thru Google search. What phone model was the rep referring to? Is it a Java phone? Is the GPS open to third party programs or just an E911-enabled phone?

SprintPCS to launch GPS tracking

I recently heard from my Sprint PCS rep that Sprint has launched web tracking with a 3rd party company... ladsnet (.com).
My Sprint SCP-5500 (Sanyo) has GPS built in, and with unlimited data only $15, I wondered if this group might be able or interested in expanding the base ot tracked phones to include Sprint.
