You don't need Map Point - you need the CAB installed on the phone and running.

Then you log into the main web site and it will show the position of the phone. Everything is web based. Map Point is only for advanced options, and the web is actually better with current streets, and orthophotographic imaging.

in order for me to track a cell phone do i have to instal the cab you provide and then go thru mappoint and access with your account? please i need help cause when i click start tracing on mappoint says not connected to a port or cps device?
