The jar file is not supposed to be opened on your PC. It's for being loaded to the phone. So the problem is the Java Application Loader not connecting to the phone. If possible please try another PC.

Thanks for the reply. I purchased a w385 yesterday and I can't get AT to work. I downloaded the files & when I try to open i get "Failed to load Main-Class manifest attribute from c:\Documents and Settings\owner\accutrack.jar". The phone didn't come with a cable. I just used a camera usb cable. The computer recognized it when I plugged it in, but the software doesn't seem to see it. When I run the IDEN Java Application Loader it is unable to see the phone?

I think it's compatible with i425 version.

Does the Motrola w385 from the Boost Mobile unlimited plan work with AccuTracking?
