The waY /\/\otorola has the JAVA apps, it can be killed by a user - and can not be "locked" or hidden - except from casual viewers.

I tried and the only thing i could do was to start the java apps window on startup.

if not possible on i425 to start accutrack automatically each time the phone is powered up, is there any other phone that i can start it on automatically ?

Also, it would be nice to password protect the stopping of the application, or to be able to make the application persistent, so that it would start back on automatically even if someone stopped it.
Ok, the first part of my question - sorry - i did figure it out, its simple - just overlooked it. so, i can start accutrack in startup on the i425.

if there is a way to make the application persistent or not allow someone to easily exit it without a password, that would be a nice feature to have.
