I see. So your data plan seems ok. Was the phone having a good signal coverage (how many bars)? Try restarting AccuTracking?

I have an unlimited data plan with T-Mobile and have no problems connecting to the internet using Java based programs (e.g., Opera Mini). What should I ask T-Mobile?

Thanks.

The "Data cache" line indicates your phone can get your position data but cannot send the data out. You should check your data plan with T-Mobile.

No, everything on the phone appears normal. I show:
Data Cache: Updates every minute
Longitude: -##.##### (Actual numbers not listed here)
Latitude: ##.#####
Altitude: 616 feet
Heading: SE
Speed: # mph
Last fix time: 1:47:54 PM
Signal: 52%
Battery: 97%
Started at 1:44:00 PM

It shows it sending data, but I never see any data on the website.

I have a BlackBerry 8800 on T-Mobile with unlimited data. Will this program work on this service? I set up everything and show it to be sending data, but nothing shows up on the web tracking.
