Yes. The incoming call or message would bring the program to run in background and sometimes it would stop the tracking.

I'm thinking about getting the tracking package but wanted to know what actions were taken to work around the data to stop the data hang when there are incoming text message, calls and voice mail.

Last time I spoke a friend who had it said that everytime it stopped updating there was a missed call, voicemail or text message.
