Nextel phones should take Boost Mobile SIM. Looks like you have a bad SIM card.

two I730 and 1 I830 phone.

Setup Boost SIM card. Verified accnts and phone numbers active

Verified SIMS inserted Correctly.

Phone's say "Insert SIM"

ANy ideas?

Phones need to be unlocked?
