Again, the fence is supposed to be triggered only when the phone crosses the fence.

Your fence was set as 500 feet circle around -77.09114, 38.84927.
Your 7:02PM location (-77.14142, 38.81653) and all other locations earlier (around -77.13289, 38.84162) were all out of the fence. In other words, you never entered the fence today so there was never a "cross".

I just returned from showing the car to a client. At 7:02 PM today (02/07/2007) the car was at -77.14142, 38.81653 and I still did not receive an alert.

That location is at least a mile away, probably 5 miles away...

I just checked your account. Your car has been staying in one place since 14:00PM yesterday according to the GPS data reported. Please note the fence is only triggered when the phone crosses (in or out) the fence. Since your phone has been stationary, it won't trigger the fence.

It could be and old alert that got quite delayed getting to you. Anyway, if you'd like me to further look into it, please just let me know your account name.
I did not see any record of the bogus alert
The timestamp was 8:19AM
Account name whiteslimo

Thank you for your prompt response.

I currently have my fence set to 500 feet for this location
-77.09114, 38.84927

My car is currently sitting at this location
-77.13278, 38.84157

Which is over a mile from my fence. But I am not getting ANY fence alerts. I did get an unusual alert this morning saying my battery was dead but I looked and the battery was fully charged.

And you know what else is funny? I checked my alert history and I dont even see the bogus alert I got this morning (The battery related one)

ANyone have any suggestions? It looks like the fence isnt triggering for some reason.
