:D all is ok now .... I have been able to log in without any problems .... it had me puzzled for a spell because I cleared all my cookies and reset my sidekick ...

I have 2 seperate phones and I can not access the site also . worked fine for the last month and a half. when I log in it sends me back to the sign in page

The log shows your login was all right but the page was not redirected after logging in. Can you please do the following:
1) Clean your browser cache if possible. Or reboot the phone.
2) Try again. If the redirect still doesn't work, try to go to http://mobile.accutracking.com/html/members.php after logging in and see if the tracking page comes up.

Can you do the following so I can troubleshoot:

1) Use your phone browser go to http://whatismyip.com then let me know your IP
2) Use your phone browser go to our mobile site http://mobile.accutracking.com . This will log your IP in our server log so I can check what's wrong.

i was using my cell phone ( a side kick 3) the same 1 i was using for the past few months ... i can access the reg site from it but not the mobile

:?: I have been trying to log into my mobile account for 2 days... but everytime I try it resends me to the log in page with my user name and password erased .... what's causeing this .... or am I the only 1 who is getting this problem
