Mostly likely the "Cant connect" message is caused by either data plan not working or poor cell signal. Congestion could be one of the possible reasons because if you read the latest news about Sprint/Nextel/Boost 900MHz bandwidth load and Boost growth you'll see they are raising the Boost price to limit the Boost growth.

I'm in Kalifornia. Is this from congestion due to people cruising the internet/e-mailing/playing online games/whatever else their pea brains can think of to generate lots of useless traffic on their cell phones????
