Sorry for the confusion. I meant the latest AccuTracking software for the phone. It can be downloaded from the "Account" page once you log into AccuTracking website.

I'm not aware of what you refer to as the "latest version"......the latest version of what? Please identify, point me to the right directionand tell me what to do, please. (I have the "415" Nextel)

You support is wonderful. Please continue this good work!!

There is a bug in the earlier version that causes the auto interval checkbox to show as unchecked when it's actually enabled. It's just a display problem, the option itself is checked if you checked it and saved it. So it won't affect the auto interval function, only that it's not showing up correctly.

You can choose to upgrade to the latest version or just ignore it. Just make sure you check it then save the settings, it should be enabled internally.

Auto Interval

When I'm into the Accutrack setup menu of my Nextel Phone, I check the box for auto interval. When I go back in the setup menu to verify that the function is activated, the box is unchecked. I've tried rebooting the phone - no luck. I assume there is something else I must do to keep the box checked and the function active? Can you please help?
