When running in the background you wont see anything.

It just keeps on running... like that rabbit with the battery :)

When I click on run in background I see accutracking under suspended apps and the option to end or go back. Is it supposed to send updates?
what screen am I supposed to see while it is running in background?

Are you sure the program is closing? They it and then look at suspended apps.

When I click on "Run in background" it wants to close the program.
