The server is running normally.

You can PM (private message) me your user name and phone model so I can check for you. If the message on the phone says "Sent xx:xx:xx AM/PM", it usually indicates a successful report.

SMS alert number is usually another cell phone that wants to receive alerts. For instance, a dad's cell phone number as SMS alert phone while his daughter's i730 phone as the tracker phone. With a geofence, dad will get an alert on his phone when his daughter violates the geofence.

ok, I went through all the steps on setting this up. I called Nextel last week and told them to put the 1 MB plan on my account, which they said I already had.

It finds my position really fast, and said it updated the server. However, it still shows nothing on my clients list. How can I tell if your servers are actually getting the data ? What else could be wrong ... I am not getting any error messages anywhere.

Also, where do I find my SMS number ? I assume its the same as my phone number ? What is the purpose of it ?
