The difference is the coverage. 2G coverage is gradually phasing out so if you plan to use the tracker for many years, TK373 is your best choice.
Yes both Tk372 & TK373 sleep when ignition is off.

So what is the difference? The reason I ask is that I cannot get my TK 104's to sleep anymore and my map is so full I can't hardly see anything but a bunch of dots. Do these other trackers sleep?

No it doesn't work the same as TK104.

TK372 is a 2G only device while TK373 is a 2G and 3G device. They all both work pretty much the same if you have
2G coverage from either AT&T or T-Mobile in your area. If you have poor 2G coverage then TK373 should be your choice.
