I have been using 2 TK104's with H2O sim card. Almost every day they stop sending from approximately 12:00 PM CST for 2-3 hrs.

What is the difference between "sleep" command and "less gprs"?

H2O wireless uses AT&T network. AT&T is shutting down their 2G network (2G sunset) and your area might have been affected:
https://www.business.att.com/content/ot ... Q_2016.pdf

You should prepare to switch to US Mobile SIM in the next few months (which uses T-Mobile network):
https://www.usmobile.com/shop/product/sim

US Mobile pay-as-you-go plan costs $6/month ($2 text + $2 data + $2 service charge).

After getting the US Mobile SIM card, activate it at https://www.usmobile.com/activate with text and data plan and insert it into the tracker.
The tracker then needs to be reconfigured for the new SIM (power on the tracker, then use a cell phone to text "apn123456 pwg"
to the phone number tied to the new SIM. Or we can help configure it).

When the tracker is configured to work under GPRS mode (by command "GPRS123456"), sleep mode configured by "sleep" command is ignored and the mode configured by "less gprs" is in effect.
In SMS mode (SMS123456), "sleep" command is effective.

Sorry my typo. It should be port 20101.

Why is port 20137 not listed on your configuration support page?
