No we haven't tested LG840G and no one reported it works.

If you are looking for car theft prevention you might want to look at a non-phone tracker with ATT or TMobile SIM card. We support the following list of dedicated GPS tracking devices: http://support.accutracking.com/kb/article/000104

On second thought, I just discovered how Tracfone bills for data. It's too bad Boost is still the cheapest option

I'm looking to sign up for the AccuTracking service. I have been using MyTracking and InstaMapper for years, but unfortunately the free ride is over. Now that the iDENs have been put out to pasture by Boost Mobile, the cheapest monthly option for data is Tracfone at $9.99 a month. So the LG 840G supports Java and has GPS. Has anyone used this phone? Any confirmation out there that this is working with AccuTracking? I need something to work because I'm driving my Honda now, as as I'm sure you're all aware is numero uno on the thieves' hit list.
