Speed "0" could be caused by 2 reasons:
1. Phone had hard time to determine the speed due to weak GPS signal but the data is "good" enough because Lat/Lon was obtained fine. The Lat/Lon are always the most significant readings.
2. The phone failed to acquire GPS locations and fell back to "Network Locations", which has no speed data associated with.

The 40 minute apart data just indicates that one data is missing, maybe due to poor sky view that the phone had difficult time acquiring the position at the moment.

There have been inconsistencies in tracking.

1. One of our phones used to show actual speed and now is showing "0" for speed. No changes were made in his settings.
2. I changed the tracking interval on one of our phones from 1 minute to 20. It worked for a day or so and then started tracking at 40 minutes. I had the employee come in so I can check the settings and it still showed 20 minutes. I have now reset it for 10 minutes.

Any idea on why we are experiencing these inconsistencies??
